The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 93(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 93(FIN)? Effective Date YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Cowdery, Davis, Ellis, Elton, French, Green, Guess, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, Olson, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Excused: Bunde Absent: Dyson and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 93(FIN) "An Act relating to commercial fishing permit and vessel license fees; and providing for an effective date." Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause.
